When I first started taking photos, I tended to focus on weather-related topics: here goes a nice cloud, there goes a sunset, and so on...
I had some interesting results, in particular during thunderstorms (including some nice clouds and lighting impacts). Unfortunately, this was about ten years ago, and I am not quite sure where these pictures are now.
This trend remains very true today, much to the despair of some who would like to appear more often on the pictures I take! ;)
As I have a few weather-related items on stock, I created to create a new tag, and to start using it with a series on skies.
Here goes the first one.

This picture was taken just as I arrived back from work, sometime last week. It is arguably not my best one ever! Actually, it would have been a lot better if I had my camera with me, but I first had to rush back home and grab it. By the time I got back outside, the light no longer was as interesting, but I decided to take it anyway! :)
For those of you who have already been home, this probably looks familiar. For everyone else, this gives an idea of where I live.
The next one should come shortly. Depending on the quality of the shots I took with my iPhone, (I have yet to check), it might be one taken on my way to Japan, or one taken in Osaka in the last few days.

Yes, your pictures are very nice and poetic but it would be nice to have living things on them from time to time. ;)
