Mostly sunny once again on campus today. The tree is getting ever closer to blooming, but we are not completely there yet.
Of course, I am going to continue monitoring this tree. It is right under my office, so it is fairly convenient.
You should know, however, that it is not really the most precocious tree on campus. Here are pictures (taken minutes later) from another one, a few hundred meters away.
Closer to home, there also is a small temple where trees have been blooming for a few days. I am sure the tree I am following will soon catch up.
