Sunday lunch

Today, Vanessa prepared loin pork coated with bread crumbs and walnuts, served with roasted asparagus. It was delicious!

By the time I realised I should have taken pictures, I had already eaten most of mine. Fortunately, because our pan is small, Vanessa's was delayed by a few minutes, and I was able to shoot this one.

The only downside is that, in the meantime, her asparagus got more roasted than mine, (and slightly too much). It should nevertheless give you an idea of how good it was!



I am already looking forward to next Sunday! :)
