Venice, November 2006 (part 1)

I was in Venice (twice) almost a year ago. This is the first post in a series about these trips.
For a good start, I went for this close-up taken from the Campanille, showing Saint Mark's Lion (the official symbol of Venice) and a couple of gondolas (the unofficial one).
